x Level 1: Can learn Novice [Lv1] Skills.
x Level 15: Can learn Adept [Lv 2] Skills.
x Level 30: Can learn Expert [Lv 3] Skills.
x Level 45: Can learn Advance [Lv 4] Skills.
x Level 60: Can learn Master [Lv 5] Skills.
